We’re very saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Mum and Gran, Thea Manson.
The perfect host, Thea took immense pride in welcoming more than 3,000 visitors to Wanrua over 40years - always with her signature warmth, and exceptional cooking – and helping turn acquaintances into lifelong friendships.
A regular attendee of cattle-shows and farming events alongside Ian, and later Andrew, she was passionate about the cattle industry and its people throughout her life.
In her later years, Thea remained a regular visitor to Wanrua – including recently attending our Field Day in January.
Her life and legacy will continue through her family and on the property, she loved so dearly.
